Don't worry: nothing costs money without your consent

The free trial and a year paid once end by themselves – there is nothing to cancel. We remind you beforehand, and you decide at your leisure whether to continue. Nothing ever becomes chargeable without your explicit consent. Only a subscription you set up yourself renews automatically. You are of course still welcome to use the form.

What happens after you click

• The automatic renewal ends - nothing will be charged any more. If you are not logged in, you confirm this with one click in the email: that way nobody else can end your contract.
• You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. You lose no paid day.
• After that your account continues on the free plan. If you have at most 5 cronjobs, they keep running. If you have more, we pause all of them; nothing is deleted. If you book again later, all of them start running again automatically.
• You immediately receive a confirmation with the date, the time and the end of the contract.

Deleting your account

Cancelling ends the contract, not the account. If you also want your data deleted, tick “Also delete my account after the contract ends” in the form. We then delete it on the day after the contract ends. To delete immediately, use the account settings.
