Cancel contracts here

Fill in the form and click “Cancel now”. You do not need to log in. The confirmation stating the date, the time and the end of your contract will be emailed to you immediately.

This is how we find your contract - and where the confirmation goes.

For an extraordinary cancellation, please state the reason here.
You will receive the confirmation by email immediately.

What happens after you click

  • The automatic renewal ends - nothing will be charged any more. If you are not logged in, you confirm this with one click in the email: that way nobody else can end your contract.
  • You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. You lose no paid day.
  • After that your account continues on the free plan. Your cronjobs remain, subject to the Free plan limits.
  • You immediately receive a confirmation with the date, the time and the end of the contract.

Deleting your account

Cancelling ends the contract, not the account. If you also want your data deleted, tell us in the message field or delete your account yourself in the account settings.

Just signed up? Withdraw instead

Within the first 14 days you can withdraw from the contract and get your money back. We voluntarily give you 31 days. Go to withdrawal

You can just as well cancel informally by email to info@cronjob.de or by letter to Joscha Schultze, Prager Str. 5, 60437 Frankfurt, Germany. What counts is always the moment your declaration reaches us.
